AI Commerce checks your products against the current official OpenAI discovery specification and generates a private catalogue feed. See what is ready, what needs attention, and which product details to fix — inside your store admin.

Preparation, not automatic publication. Catalogue readiness is not OpenAI approval or publication in ChatGPT. Merchant onboarding, product and market eligibility, and feed delivery remain separate. No automatic submission or guaranteed placement is included.

The admin shows Awaiting OpenAI connection independently of catalogue readiness. Local feed generation does not need a model API key; your shopping and merchant agents still use your own Claude or OpenAI key.

What is an AI store agent?

An AI store agent is a shopping assistant built directly into your storefront. It reads your real product catalogue, answers "which one should I get" questions in plain language, compares options against what a shopper actually needs, and can add the right item to the cart — no separate app or chatbot to bolt on. StoreAdept's AI Agents add-on pairs that shopper-facing store agent with a merchant agent for you, so it works both sides of the counter.
