You run your business. We build, brand, install and launch the store, and teach you to run it. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you.

Day 1We install, brand and configure your store: products, payments, shipping and emails.
Days 2–7You walk through a private preview. We refine until it feels right.
Days 7–9We go live on your domain and train you on the admin panel.
Day 10What we need from you
The build is quick when the brief is complete. Delays almost always come from missing assets, so gather these first:
- Your logo, brand colours and any imagery you want used.
- Your products, or a spreadsheet or export of them, and your category structure.
- Payment, shipping and tax details: which gateway, which regions, which rates.
- Your domain and, if you have it, your hosting access. No hosting yet? We will recommend an option.
- Any systems that need to connect: accounting, ERP, shipping or marketing tools.
Moving from another platform
Most of the stores we build replace an existing one. The approach is the same whether you are on WooCommerce, Shopify or BigCommerce:
- We build alongside. The new store is built in private while your current one keeps taking orders.
- We bring your data. Products, categories and customers are imported as scoped in your brief.
- You approve. You review the preview and we refine it.
- We switch. We point your domain at the new store, with redirects for old URLs.
- You keep the old store untouched until you are happy.

After launch
The store is yours, with full code access. You can run it yourself, or choose StoreAdept Care for hosting, backups, updates and support. Later changes are billed hourly with an estimate first.
Common questions
Will my old store stay online while you build?
Yes. We build in a private preview, so your current store keeps trading until you approve the new one and we switch the domain.
Can you move my products and customers?
Catalogue and customer import from your existing store is scoped in your brief. Very large catalogues or unusual data are quoted before you pay, never after.
What about my search rankings?
We match your existing URLs where we can and redirect the rest, so the rankings you have earned are protected as far as possible. No one can honestly promise rankings stay identical, so we plan the move carefully and check after launch.
How long does it take?
Typically 7 to 10 days from receiving a complete brief and brand assets. Larger catalogues or custom requirements can take longer, and we tell you up front.
